Arabs Inc Annual General Meeting
Arabs Inc Annual General Meeting be held at Eastlakes Football Club on 2 July 2010 commencing at 7.30pm.
We look forward to welcoming current and new members and also look forward to discussion on how we can take our club into the future and make it “bigger and better”.
To vote at the AGM, or be nominated as a Committee Member, your membership application/renewal form (attached) must have reached Arabs Inc at the postal address on the attached form, prior to the AGM, or can be paid on the evening of the AGM.

NEWS FROM COOLINDA PARK PURE POLISH ARABIANS
We have had great rain and are busy with the weaners. 10 foals this year. 4 fillies and 6 colts. 2 geldings are off to their new homes. 1 colt and a filly will soon be at their new stud too. We have others currently looking for new homes. Please view the website at www.coolindapark.com.au
If you have an event coming up that you would be interested in having sponsorship in the form of a garland please contact us at coolindapark@bigpond.com. We are sponsoring the Champion and Reserve Champion at the upcoming foal show in Bathurst as well as the foal and youngstock show at Morongla. We just wanted to drop a note to the committee, thanking them for arranging a great day at the trail ride, activities like this are what a club is all about . Both Nichola and I would like to say a special thanks to Stan & Audrey Cleary for allowing us to ride on such a beautiful property Kaburra, and for their great hospitality on the day, if you can pass on our appreciation it would be great .

New Home for Quartz Hill Farm's 'Silver Shaklan'
Congratulations to Sarah Huxtable (Victoria), and her family, on the purchase of the beautiful grey gelding, Silver Shaklan (Leo), by SK Shakla Khan imp x Eastwinds Vienna Shaklan. Leo is going to be Sarah's new riding horse, and he has taken to her with shining enthusiasm. The photo is of Leo and Sarah he has just been taken off the float at this new home in Victoria.
We wish Sarah and Leo a lovely and fulfilled life together, and every success with their 'ridden' adventures!

Congratulations!!!! Wendy Lorincz.............
One of our club members ,Wendy Lorincz, has had a wonderful dressage season. Riding her arabian warmblood mare Jazz Fusion she was awarded 'most improved rider' in her age group.
Jazz Fusion won Novice Horse of the Year, awarded by National Capital Equestrian Club.

Horses Birthday BBQ
Approximately 40 members and friends gathered at Quartz Hill Farm for a barbecue lunch to celebrate our horses birthday on Saturday 1 August.
While everyone enjoyed lunch, provided by the new committee, they had an opportunity to mingle and meet other Arabian horse owners and members from as far afield as Orange (go Michelle!). After lunch our new President, Ally Hudson, welcomed the guests and introduced the new committee and thanked them for being a great group to work with. more....
